To Our Customers:
Welcome to our catalogue for Spring 2010. After a hard winter in 2009, we are rebuilding stock. We are still in the process of switching 10 cm pots to 9 cm pots with better drainage so most items will come in both sizes.
Our nursery is a sustainable forest-farm (agro-forestry) operation utilizing the forest shade to produce shade-loving shrubs and herbs used for seed stock, fern spores, cutting and stolon material, while maintaining wildlife and riparian values. The existing farm field contains native perennial rootstock, bulbs and a red huckleberry U-pick open in August each year.
Prices reflect the rarity, age or difficulty of propagation of the plants listed. A number of new items have been added this year and some of these are available in limited quantities. Please ask for items that may be available, but not listed in this catalogue. Bare root plants are available through mail-order from November to February.
B.C.'s Wild Heritage has been serving customers since 1989. We are always working to improve our service and appreciate your feedback. Thank you for your past support and providing an opportunity for the public to create environmentally friendly landscapes.
